Remember the last time you put yourself at risk. Did your risk pay off?
A risk is exposing yourself in danger. It can be something as simple as crossing the street with a red light. A risk might just be living in a foreign place; speaking a different language or belonging to another culture.
Can the value of your life change by moving? After all, the science of human value is not about the worth of human life but about the cost of preserving it.
In mother’s milk, the performer invites the audience to contemplate on how much they value their life and the lives of others, while exploring the interconnections between language, culture and ethics. They are also building a paper plane in the process.
